

APPLICATION PROCESS
Grants are awarded on a rolling basis throughout the year. There are no formal deadlines for receiving applications, however, for consideration in the current calendar year, grant applications must be submitted by November 25.

Assess Fit
Applicants are encouraged to review funding guidelines to determine their project’s eligibility. View eligibility requirements.

Letter of Intent
If funding criteria is met, an organization may submit (via email) a letter of interest describing their project and its budget. Submissions should include the organization’s IRS Determination Letter and financial statements.

Grant Application
After the Letter of Intent is
reviewed by Foundation staff, organizations may be invited to submit a full grant application. The format is available for download below.

Follow Up Report
If awarded funding from the Lawrence Wisne Foundation, grantees must submit a final report
detailing the outcomes of their initiative and its impact. In the event that the project funded is
multi-year, an interim report must be filed annually in order to receive subsequent payments.
